MANUSCRIPT HERITAGE OF NIKOLAY RIMSKY-KORSAKOV
In memory of the composer’s death centenary

T he exhibition shows documents from vast archives of the great composer stored at the Manuscript Research Department of the St. Petersburg Conservatoire’s Library, such as manuscript scores of operas, symphonies and other opuses, letters, printed music with autographs of Rimsky-Korsakov, photographs.

RACHMANINOFF AND ST. PETERSBURG
To the 135th Anniversary of Sergei Rachmaninoff

T he exhibition displays documents from the archives of St. Petersburg Conservatoire’s library as well as from Central State Historical Archive of St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg State Museum of Theatre and Music, Orchestra Library of St. Petersburg Philharmonic Society and library of Mariinsky Theatre. Some of the letters, manuscript scores, photographs and autographs have never been exhibited before.
